there were very big beds and an electronic key card, a work desk, and a tv set in the double room. the location in a downtown area was good and absolutely perfect and there were a shopping area and souvenir shops nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Narita and had a great experience. the location is fantastic, with the train station just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient to explore the main touristy area in Narita and visit local restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any queries. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with cozy carpets and a nice sunset view. The hotel lived up to the pictures on their website, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available for breakfast, which was included in the price.

The main thing I found a little disapointing was that if I wanted to use the indoor swimming pool i had to pay 1000 yen. There was no mention of having to pay on the website. It seems expensive for a swim. Also we had to pay 500 yen to use a wired internet connection. We stayed in cheaper, budget hotels where the internet was free.

I love how they have the daily breakfast buffet, walking distance to the JR express, kesei station, and also just a 10 min bus ride away from a mall.. Love how there are lots of restaurants as soon as u get out of the hotel.. The staff are awesome as well..

The one and only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning was really low on the 2 rooms we had... We already had it on high and it was still warm in the room
